If you have any reason, you must return or exchange a portion or all of your
orders, PLEASE CONTACT KB ZAVEREE IMMEDIATELY AND
NOTIFY US WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODCUT.
KB ZAVEREE EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- KB Zaveree Inc.
provides a 15-day, no-questions-asked, exchange
on all products and services purchased of equal or higher value items,
except special order items.
- If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 10 days
of purchase, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- We do not accept
any requests for returns past FIVE (5) days of receiving the product. We do not make any exceptions to this
rule.
- There are no
returns on special order items.
- KB Zaveree will
not compensate for the return postage.
- If you are not
satisfied or have changed, your mind about your purchase please notify us
by e-mail (info@kbzaveree.com) or phone (770-368-9990) and we will immediately issue a
Return Material Authorization Number.
You must meet the

Return
the merchandise to us within 5 days of your original receipt of the
order:

The
products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include
all packaging materials.
- You must pay any
return shipping expense.
- Display the SKU
# prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your
refund.
Upon
receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above
and within 5 days of original delivery, we will issue a store credit. Alternatively,
you may choose to get store credit for the returned item for purchase of
another item later.
